Dr. Heiko Fischer is responsible for human resources, legal, internal audit, communication and marketing as well as the Wagon Hire segment.

As CTO, Jürgen Hüllen is responsible for technology and production of the Wagon Hire segment and he is also responsible for the Rail Logistics segment.

As CFO, Dr. Kai Kleeberg is responsible for the finance department and the Tank Container Logistics segment.
