Filled with the fascination and passion for rail, employees remain committed to this sector and this company for the long haul – and with their dedication, enable constantly ongoing new developments for wagons, along with the maintenance of consistently high quality standards and reliable service. We are quality-conscious people who internalize our customers' needs, take ownership and provide solutions. We do not take anything lightly, since we have committed ourselves to providing safe wagons along with rail and tank container transport. VTG employees think on an international and cross-sector level. We would like to understand the customer based in Poland just as much as the one in China, and think in concert with customers from the chemical industry just as well as those from the automobile industry.

We do not hoard our expertise. We serve our customers and share the insights that benefit economic progress. VTG promotes sector-wide developments – along with high safety standards, the use of noise-reduced braking systems and emission-control measures. Also, we have a significant influence and impact on the work performed by professional organizations and committees to further develop the current legal and technical regulations governing rail freight transport. In seminars and workshops, we train several hundred people per year from our customer base - along with employees of the fire department, the police force and other official agencies – in the handling of sensitive goods.

Up until now, the comprehensive expertise required for wagon hire, rail logistics and tank container logistics as well as for the handling of sensitive materials can not be acquired in a typical training program. Therefore, the training and continuing education of talented employees is a particularly high priority for us.

VTG supports its sustainable success by ensuring employees' long-term loyalty to the company.
