Dr. Niko Davids is Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and member of the Management Board of VTG. He leads the company’s transformation and oversees Strategy, IT, Digital Transformation, AI, Operational Excellence, Innovation and Safety as well as HR interim.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience at VTG, he is driving innovation, business transformation and sustainable growth, shaping the company’s path towards a more connected, digital and future-ready business.
