From a dual study program to strategic communications
Not every career begins with a clear plan. When Anna Vinzelberg was looking for a practical partner for her dual study program, VTG was not initially at the top of her list. That changed during the assessment center at the latest. What impressed her most was how much importance VTG places on supporting and developing young talent.
From 2018 to 2021, Anna completed her dual study program in Logistics Management at VTG. She then took advantage of the many development opportunities within the company and gained experience in various areas, including Leasing, Logistics, Market Intelligence, and Corporate Strategy.
Today, she works in the Strategy Engagement & Communications team and benefits from her deep understanding of the company and how its different areas are connected.
I am firmly convinced that if someone wants to work and stay at VTG, a path will be found for them.
Anna particularly values VTG’s corporate culture. Despite the company’s international scale, there is a personal and collaborative atmosphere that encourages exchange and teamwork. The network she built during her studies continues to support her to this day.
What motivates her in her work is the opportunity to actively contribute to VTG’s continued development. The changes and future-focused topics within the company continually provide new opportunities to learn, grow, and take on responsibility.
The transformation we are currently experiencing is enormous. There is so much to learn and so much to change.
