VTG is offering you the opportunity to join as a trainee with a variety of specializations. You choose which of the following areas you would like to specialize in:

- Sales
- Logistics
Your training will have a strong operational, on-the-job emphasis, including stints in selected disciplines within the VTG Group. This intensive program will prepare you personally, professionally and methodologically for challenging activities in the given areas.

In a team setting, you get to take part in exciting projects at VTG. FAQs for students
Yes, you will. Every trainee is accompanied by a mentor throughout the program and, where necessary, even afterwards. Following your selection procedure, this mentor will be nominated by the Human Resources (HR) department in consultation with the HR manager. You will also have regular meetings with the HR manager, and former trainees will likewise be happy to answer any questions you have.
