VTG GmbH Announces Transition in People & Culture Function

Hamburg, June 25, 2026. VTG GmbH announces that Kerstin Kamphaus, Chief People & Culture Officer and Managing Director of VTG GmbH, will resign from her position effective June 30, 2026, to pursue new personal and professional opportunities.

Since joining VTG in January 2024, Kerstin has shaped the company’s People & Culture agenda during a period of intense organizational development. Under her leadership, the People & Culture function was further professionalized, its operating model was developed, and processes and governance structures were strengthened in line with VTG’s strategic priorities.

Kerstin led important transformation initiatives across the organization, including the further development of organizational structures, the implementation of Success Factors and a new compensation framework, leadership development measures, and VTG’s “New Headquarter” project to create a future oriented workplace environment. These initiatives have contributed to a more integrated and effective way of working across the company.
